Working language is English.

The time allocated for the invited review paper is 40 min + 5 min for discussion, while the time allowed for the contributed paper is 15 min + 5 min for discussion. The speaker can use local computer (Windows) or his/her laptop, and the overhead projector. We ask all speakers to convince themselves that their presentations actually. work We encourage you to copy and check your presentations in advance. Our technicians will help you.

We invite presentating your contributions on poster displays (the oral presentation is 2 minutes max). The recommended poster size is A1 or A0.

Oral contributions and posters will be published as a special issu of the ASP Conference Series.

Use ASPCS Style for your proceedings contributions and posters.

Please take into account that ASP will want the American letter format instead A4 format. The limits for conference contributions are:

  • 10 pages for invited papers,
  • 4 pages for contributed papers,
  • 2 pages for posters,

If you are interested in presenting a paper please submit your abstract before May 8, 2009. Abstracts received after this deadline will not be included in the booklet of abstracts to be distributed at the beginning of the conference. Please, be sure that you had signed the copyright form. If you did not do it during the conference, please sign it and submit the scanned form by e-mail as attached PDF to Miloslav Zejda ().

All given talks were recorded by video camera in the auditorium. We are willing to place your talk on our public webcast server in case if you sign the consent form. If you did not manage to do it during the conference, you can still sign it and submit the scanned form by e-mail as attached PDF to Miloslav Zejda ().
